This means that as a business we have to provide details of the information we hold about you, be more transparent about how we use this data and make it much easier for the information stored to be removed on request.

At this time we hold information as provided by you for purchase of products only. Details of information we store includes;

We do not use this information for marketing purposes nor do we sell to 3rd party advertisers.

How information is stored?

Any information held is stored in a safe and secure environment and is only accessible by authorised staff. Your information is held in the following locations;

  • Gmail address book
  • Invoices and relevant paperwork required by HMRC
  • Password protected USB / Hard drives
  • Password protected One Drive

All information held is password protected and available only to compliant staff members.
Any printed emails used during projects will be destroyed 18 months after purchase.

As a company we do not currently send out an email newsletter but should this change moving forward all required ‘opt in’ steps will be followed to ensure we have your permission before we send anything to you.
